Returns
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer one complimentary size exchange per order, subject to availability.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
- We will reply with return instructions within one business day.
- Pack the item(s) securely, ideally in the original SÉRA box.

Items marked final sale and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
